Business Analyst - Digital Transformation

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our Strategy & Operations team and help enterprises navigate their digital transformation journeys. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements and solutions.

You'll work on diverse projects across industries, analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring that technology solutions align with strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage communications across teams
• Support project managers in planning and tracking project deliverables
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions
• Participate in user acceptance testing and validation
• Develop training materials and support change management activities

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Business analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of process modeling tools (BPMN, UML)
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Experience with data analysis and SQL
• Prior consulting or professional services experience
