About the Role
Join our Emerging Technologies team as an AI/ML Solutions Engineer and help enterprises harness the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning. You'll design, develop, and deploy innovative AI/ML solutions that solve real business problems and drive measurable value for our clients.
In this role, you'll work on cutting-edge projects involving natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, and generative AI, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients across various industries
- Build and train machine learning models using structured and unstructured data
- Deploy and scale ML models in production environments (cloud and on-premise)
- Implement MLOps practices for model versioning, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Work with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies
- Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines
- Conduct model evaluation, validation, and performance optimization
- Present technical solutions and insights to both technical and business stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering
- Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms
- Hands-on experience deploying ML models to production
- Knowledge of cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI)
- Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NLP and working with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama)
- Knowledge of computer vision and deep learning
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases)
- Familiarity with vector databases and RAG architectures
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Published research or contributions to open-source ML projects
- Master's degree or PhD in relevant field
