About the Role

Join our Emerging Technologies team as an AI/ML Solutions Engineer and help enterprises harness the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning. You'll design, develop, and deploy innovative AI/ML solutions that solve real business problems and drive measurable value for our clients.

In this role, you'll work on cutting-edge projects involving natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, and generative AI, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients across various industries
  • Build and train machine learning models using structured and unstructured data
  • Deploy and scale ML models in production environments (cloud and on-premise)
  • Implement MLOps practices for model versioning, monitoring, and continuous improvement
  • Work with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies
  • Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines
  • Conduct model evaluation, validation, and performance optimization
  • Present technical solutions and insights to both technical and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering
  • Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
  • Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms
  • Hands-on experience deploying ML models to production
  • Knowledge of cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI)
  • Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NLP and working with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama)
  • Knowledge of computer vision and deep learning
  • Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases)
  • Familiarity with vector databases and RAG architectures
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Published research or contributions to open-source ML projects
  • Master's degree or PhD in relevant field
